I would lile to make another complaint, this time regarding Ross Gourlay, I made a complaint back in the beginning of December time, I was informed on the 21st December that my refund had been processed, obviously that was a lie. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. I've recently shared my review with various 3rd party sources so others won't have to suffer the same experience. When I first became aware of Eco Vapes I thought it was a professional company, obviously I had been mistaken. It seems like no one in the company really knows what they are doing; low quality e-liquid that's out of date and they couldn't even find my order even though I have provided my order number Order #893 (25th October 2018) ridiculous. After they eventually found my order they promised me the refund had been taken care of... It's now the 26th January and i have not receieved anything. Extremely poor business management! Wasnt even offered any compensation for my troubles even though everything was 100% their fault.
