If I could give zero stars I would.
Expensive energy.
Incompetent staff.
Expensive phoneline charges.
Impossible to get hold of.
Horrendous customer service (hours spent on hold on the telephone, they take 3-4 months to respond to emails)
Avoid at all costs!
