Hopeless company. No customer service exists. I was automatically enrolled for an account through a new build contract. They have no way of making payment online. I cannot enter in to a tarrif so I'm on a floating charge that continues to increase and cannot get in touch with them. Emails unanswered after 5 months.
Payment is now withheld.
