void using this company at all costs: Avoid using this company at all costs. They are incredibly unreliable and unable to perform even the most basic administrative tasks correctly. I strongly advise against building up a credit with them, as they will mismanage your bills and withhold your credit without any means of refund. Their customer service is equally incompetent, and it's best if an AI system takes over their job as soon as possible. My personal experience with them was terrible. All I wanted to do was change the name on the account to mine, as I became the main bill payer in the property. However, instead of transferring the £900 credit to the new account, they advised me to create a new account and billed me for the previous year that had already been paid by the previous account, putting me in £70 debt. Despite countless phone calls and emails, the issue remains unresolved, and they have caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety.
