Very dissapointed with the services. We were told we had smart meter readings, only to find out almost a year later that we were getting estimated bills and we owed almost 600£ pounds debt. Then even we weren't able to repay the whole amount all at once, we were paying more than our monthly bill, they took the account to a debt collecter.
Their app sacks, the online account socks, they are pro climates but sending paper bills twice per month. When asked for the 3rd time to stop sending paper bills they finally did.
Customer services and their policies are just exhausting to deal with and definitely not the best rates. Really want to move providers once we repay the debt.
