Awful service have been charging me £150 to 500 a month Sent numerous emails and now I've had to contact citizens advice as it's getting me down. Two bedroom flat with 1 adult and 2 children with no heating on and water on timer. Absolute joke have asked to look into my meter and nothing has been done they won't even respond to emails.
