Just shocking customer service. I have had an on going problem for 6 months regarding metering, no one can help me in the small customer service team. No one ever returns calls, emails or helps in anyway. All of the customer service team appear to have very little training, or be fast asleep.
I am a business customer and this is even worse as they all go home at 5pm (on the dot!).
