Absolute rubbish and very expensive. Left them 2 months ago after they encouraged me to move to direct debit and increase the charges? Let me think about that for a minute, no!
Have just received a new payment demand with no supporting invoice! So I will be spending the morning on the phone to try and sort it out. Nice!
