Started off very competitive, then the monthly bill kept on going up and up!!! Just before I left was paying more than double a month for Ecotricity, than my last supplier.
After contact their support they admitted that they are not the cheapest. They couldn't really explain my high bills and did give me a slight reduction but was still way higher than i expected.
I have now moved supplier and have a steady monthly rate that is way cheaper. Its a shame as i was really taken with the green vibe but could not justify that super high price.
