I have worked with James on a previous property and he was first on my list to call when we took on our largest property to date. This is where I was introduced to Nick from Eddison's and we engaged with them to provide their services. James and Nick have been key to our fit out project, they have supported me and the wider team with their extensive knowledge, guidance , recommendations and can do attitude. There have been numerous challenges, changing of plans and incredible tight deadlines during this project and they have been able to meet them all (sometime way beyond normal working hours) with their professionalism and good humour, which has been needed on many occasions. They also step in when our project manager retired. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick and James as I truly don't know what we would have done with out them and will certainly be working with them again
