“I have worked with James on a previous property and he was first on my list to call when we took on our largest property to date. This is where I was introduced to Nick from Eddison's and we engaged with them to provide their services. James and Nick have been key to our fit out project, they have supported me and the wider team with their extensive knowledge, guidance , recommendations and can do attitude. There have been numerous challenges, changing of plans and incredible tight deadlines during this project and they have been able to meet them all (sometime way beyond normal working hours) with their professionalism and good humour, which has been needed on many occasions. They also step in when our project manager retired. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick and James as I truly don't know what we would have done with out them and will certainly be working with them again”

“Managing a school budget is hard as it is these days! And sadly, building works cannot always be a priority. Over the years, Eddisons has helped us massively with this. Helping us get value for money and quality outcomes. Every project they've supported us with has been expertly managed by a team of dedicated professionals committed to doing top-quality work that improves our school piece by piece. Since working with Eddisons, we've had a new roof, windows, doors, pipework and a heating system. Huge projects which have made our school a much safer and more attractive place for the staff, children and wider community. I thoroughly recommend Eddisons without hesitation.”

“We have worked very closely with Steve Hawkins (Peterborough office) and Simon Burton & Steve Mudd (Bury St Edmunds) for over 15 years. “As an Academy Trust we have worked with Joe and Angus at Eddisons for 5 years. They have been paramount in securing 19 CIF bids across our 7 schools which have included, replacement roofs, window replacement, fire doors, drainage and heating/boiler replacement works. They have a clear understanding of how schools operate and specialist knowledge in securing funds for CIF, Heat Decarbonisation Plans/Low Carbon Skills Funds/Salix Funds. They play a fundamental role in managing successful projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and professional manner whilst holding Contractors to the highest standards. “We have dealt with the team in Peterborough, particularly Steve Hawkins, Julian Welch and Andrew Smith for 23 years and throughout all that time they have acted very professionally, with efficiency rare in the market at buying, selling, valuing and letting our portfolio, as well as introducing us to development situations which they assisted us with professionally throughout.
