“We have dealt with the team in Peterborough, particularly Steve Hawkins, Julian Welch and Andrew Smith for 23 years and throughout all that time they have acted very professionally, with efficiency rare in the market at buying, selling, valuing and letting our portfolio, as well as introducing us to development situations which they assisted us with professionally throughout. They have helped us create our portfolio over the last 15 years and look after it, and us, perfectly, keeping us informed about everything as soon as it happens. We cannot, and do not, ask for more. We look forward to maintaining this relationship into the future. We cannot recommend them all highly enough. We feel part of their team and they are definitely pivotal to our team.”
