This customer care exchange sums up Edecks. I placed a small trial order first as I'm doing a lot of work and this was the result:
I placed an order on 12 June and do not have a confirmed delivery date . Last email stated difficulty in delivering my item. If you cannot deliver please give me a refund and I will order elsewhere. This is really unsatisfactory. You don't even say what the problem is. Mr Pallot
