I ordered extra products to reach the minimum spend to avoid paying the £25 delivery charge. Delivered on the day as stated. I checked and all the wood was there including a small package which was tightly wrapped in plastic, tape and address labels. I didn't open this on delivery as the only item it could have been were the decking screws. I wish I had opened it as it was meant to contain 2 boxes of screws and they only sent one. I didn't start on the deck until two weeks after it was delivered. Once I noticed the lack of two boxes I contacted eDecks. They have refused to refund the money for the missing screws stating you have 48 hours to tell them of errors. Thanks eDecks for your lack of customer service and understanding.
