Ordered goods ,then 3 days later was informed there was a problem with my address or card. Money had been taken off my card still .Nobody bothered to call me until today .Was told their policy is not to call customers, even though they request your phone number. Not impressed at all ,poor customer service .Why would any reputable company decide to phone you days later to inform you that your address is showing a fault .
wasted a weekend of work that could of been done. Poor ,poor service
steer clear.
