Ordering is easy and delivery very quick. Upon checking the decking 4 planks were of poor condition, contacted customer service to be informed that we should expect a waste of 10% and so offered to replace 2 planks. Was disappointed with this response as this would mean that of my order of around £580 pounds £58 pounds was instantly wasted. I have used e-decks before and had no problems.
