Nothing but problems with this company: 1) Delays to the advertised delivery date 2) When the composite decking arrived there were many missing boards and several others were damaged 3) Impossible to speak to anyone to complain due to their "customer service system". It took 2 days to speak to anyone and then several more days to get a new delivery. 4) Two day delay to the re-delivery date of the missing and damaged boards. 5) Unbelievable, the new boards delivered are damaged. I now cannot believe this will be a hard wearing decking as advertised. This is totally unacceptable, eDecks composite decking is an expensive product and the delays (still unresolved) are preventing our workmen from completing their job. AVOID !!!!
