Wrong items delivered (one short of order and all wrong size). Tried to contact customer care department consistently over a six hour period and get put through to answer message and cut off. Raised a ticket online - no call back. Left a voicemail - no callback.
In frustration called the reception and got put through to answer message
Rang sales, put through to reception, and well you know the rest.
Clearly no after sales care at all - will never use again!
