Bought a composite teak deck from edecks in July. Laid it in the same month. It has faded terribly! It now looks patchy and uneven in colour in less than 4 months. Really really disappointed as it cost over £3k.
Contacted edecks recently and got a boiler plate response with no care and an offer of 10% off my next purchase. What a joke!
Before this a lot of trouble getting a refund on decking clips returned. Watch out for the 20% restocking charge.
