The ordering and delivery process was easy and well executed. The product (smooth yellow belau deck planks) however were not up to the standard I expect as a tradesman, with alot of woodworm damage and staining from weathering that added time to my job as I had to run a sander over the surface before oiling. Edecks got me out of a bind when the lead time from my regular supplier was unusually long, but the product wasn't up to standard and certainly didn't reflect the rather high cost. I will use again, but only in a pinch.
