All I wanted was some decking - easy right cause that's what the do!!
Think again....
They missed the first delivery date leaving at home all day waiting - no calls or able to contact their 'transport' department for an update. next delivery date...guess what? missed again. 3 days later managed to find out that it hadn't even been picked up from their delivery hub for delivery in the first place.
I eventually managed to cancel the order and asked for a refund. 2 weeks later and countless calls I managed to get a refund. BTW - calls are at premium rate so they cost me an additional £23 to get no decking and my money back - they are utterly useless in every way possible. Avoid as you have been warned...
