I recently purchased over £300 of timber and was provided an estimate delivery date of Friday 23rd January. I took the day off work to ensure successful delivery of the order. Surprise surprise, there was no delivery of phone call. I logged a case to investigate the delay and was referred to edeck's haulauge team. Instead of receiving an apology for this poor service, I was told that all deliveries have a 2-3 day window. This is insane. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID and AVOID at all costs!
