I placed an order for decking on the 9th of May with delivery supposed to be within 12 days. They eventually delivered the wrong stuff at 10 pm on the 29th after 21 days. Their customer service has been very unhelpful refusing the supply the correct items before they collect the incorrectly delivered decking. They have provided a new delivery date of the 16th of June five weeks after my order was originally placed. The failure to rectify this issue with any speed has come from the director himself, unwilling to deliver my goods prior to the 16th of June, he clearly doesn’t care about his customers and delays caused. I will not be using this company again!
