I purchased a decking kit, the wrong size joists were delivered. On contacting customer services, I was made to feel that it was all my problem and minimal discount was offered. On complaining about this, they eventually offered to have the incorrect joists collected and the correct size delivered but did not know when it could be done, I just had to wait. Service is absolutely dreadful. The wood is so badly knotted that the wood screws could not be used and had to purchase thick long nails instead. Certainly would not use them again.
