Awful. Don’t waste your money and time with decks.
I was sent too few planks and screws, planks that were unusable they were so warped and split. When I asked for help they won’t pick up phone and then I spent over week trying to resolve eventually being sent replacement boards that were a different size! The worst customer service experience I can remember.
