Disappointed with the quality and thought the delivery a bit expensive (at £50). One of the joists was badly warped, and a board damaged. Half the decking boards and a couple of the joists were also soaking wet, so really difficult to work with. From this I assume that the stock is stored outside so I think perhaps this could made clear on their website. To be fair to the company I think that they would have refunded / replaced the items had I contacted them immediately on delivery. However, I had set aside the time to install and was able to work around the issues. They replied very quickly when I contacted them after installation, stating, - "We are sorry to hear that you had some issues. Should this have been raised prior to altering the goods we would have happily assisted you further to resolve your issues. At eDecks we would not want any customer to be unhappy with their received goods. We would like to offer a voucher code for use on a future order as an apology for the inconvenience caused"
