Michelle in the Doncaster branch was very friendly and helped with any questions we asked her. She did her best to make us feel comfortable and showed me different scooters until I found the right one for me. My husband also got an upgrade and is delighted with his new scooter. Paul who delivered the two scooters was very friendly and helpful, this is our second visit and won't be going anywhere else in the future. The waiting time was great also, just a few days. 10 out of 10 for us.
