“I had a visit on Thurs 24th Oct to measure and give prices for a stairlift, lovely salesman gave all the information and not pushy at all,we ordered a new stairlift and it's been fitted today less than 48 hours later,absolutely excellent service and will highly recommend them.”
“I have no hesitation in giving Eden Mobility five stars as we have had excellent service. Steph, in the Gosport branch, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and arranged for Mark to bring two mobility scooters to our home for my wife to try and also to complete an assessment for a stair lift. He was equally helpful and friendly and was able to leave the scooter we chose with us and also complete an order for the stairlift. This was fitted by another great guy who had it installed, up and running and demonstrated in under half an hour and it has been an absolute boon. I also had occasion to ring head office and the staff there were just as pleasant and helpful. So, well done Eden and many thanks”
“Sold a faulty reconditioned scooter. Five months down the line and only used three times because it propels into the road when it should be stopped. Problem still not resolved by Eden. They are very helpful until they get your money”

“Lily was very helpful, very knowledgeable and encouraged me to try the Easy walker 2 before buying the item. I was worried about the weight and being able to get it in and out of my car but once again Lily reassured me and went to the car with me while I tried it. I also found it helpful to try the seat- the back support strap was exactly in the right place which is important for me as I sometimes have to stop and sit for a short while.
The whole experience was very good and Lily had some helpful little tips as well.”

“The Doncaster shop is very helpful , the staff are brilliant with advise and I love the banter they have with each other and customers , I always leave with a laugh , absolutely love them . I recently had the wheels on my scooter changed to solid ones and the fitted was very efficient and friendly , changed wheels because of broken glass on the bike routes . Cannot find a fault with Eden at all and thank for excellent service .”
“Wheelchair not fit for the purpose! So many problems with it . Customer service is terrible. "Why do the care staff use the brakes they shouldn't be"!!!! No refund offered they have blamed the care home. Foot plate, arm rest (a few times) and now the brakes are broken. I asked for an engineer to look when I and the care manager was there. No, they turned up and blamed the staff without speaking to any of the staff. We haven't had this wheelchair a year yet and it's been out of action more times then it's been used. Please don't go to this company , it is a waste of money and time. It's got 1 star because it hasn't got a thumbs down to give.”
