Lily was very helpful, very knowledgeable and encouraged me to try the Easy walker 2 before buying the item. I was worried about the weight and being able to get it in and out of my car but once again Lily reassured me and went to the car with me while I tried it. I also found it helpful to try the seat- the back support strap was exactly in the right place which is important for me as I sometimes have to stop and sit for a short while.
The whole experience was very good and Lily had some helpful little tips as well.
