“I purchasd a STRIDER ST6 which was stated as having a full service and PDI.
I found a couple of faults which are being dealt with by EDEN but I feel that these should have been detected when the servicing and PDI werre carried out.
On my scooter ther is no audible warning that the scooter is reversing, EDEN say that this machine does not have this facility yet the manual implies that it does , I have also been informed that such a facility is a legal requirement . Perhaps someone could clarify the issue.”
“This my 2nd scooter with yourselves and I have been totally lost without it at the moment the reason being is that my mum has been put into a care home, so I'm doing a lot of running about back and forth from her home to mine plus going to visit her in the care home and if I didn't have a scooter it would not be possible which I can honestly say it's been a godsend.”
