Steph, in the Gosport branch, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and arranged for Mark to bring two mobility scooters to our home for my wife to try and also to complete an assessment for a stair lift. He was equally helpful and friendly and was able to leave the scooter we chose with us and also complete an order for the stairlift. This was fitted by another great guy who had it installed, up and running and demonstrated in under half an hour and it has been an absolute boon. I also had occasion to ring head office and the staff there were just as pleasant and helpful. So, well done Eden and many thanks”

“Lily was very helpful, very knowledgeable and encouraged me to try the Easy walker 2 before buying the item. I was worried about the weight and being able to get it in and out of my car but once again Lily reassured me and went to the car with me while I tried it. I also found it helpful to try the seat- the back support strap was exactly in the right place which is important for me as I sometimes have to stop and sit for a short while.
The whole experience was very good and Lily had some helpful little tips as well.”
