Sold my friend a walker the brakes broke the lady in the shop tried to fix it but she couldn’t so told her to come back to get it fixed
So she had to leave the shop with an unsafe walker with no brake if she sits on it it goes flying she gets on the bus it goes up the isle to get it fixed you have to put in a complaint to there insurance company they don’t have customer service department
