“My mum bought a scooter and a recliner from Eden Mobility. My mum sadly past away only having those less than a week. Went into my local store to ask about a refund, I was told their headquarters would contact me, they never phoned back. They are good at taking your money, but their customer service is SHOCKING!. I would never recommend this company to anyone”

“The lady in the York store was so helpful , I went in for a mobility scooter and nothing was too much trouble , she spent whatever time I needed and answered all my questions , I was told it would take 5 days to be delivered and true to her word just 5 days .
