The lady in the York store was so helpful , I went in for a mobility scooter and nothing was too much trouble , she spent whatever time I needed and answered all my questions , I was told it would take 5 days to be delivered and true to her word just 5 days .
The ladies name was Dale and she is a credit to your company .
