My mother in law bought two mobility scooters and a curved stair lift from their Selby store. They assured her that they buy everything back... three months after the stairlift was fitted (1 month of which she was in a hospice), she died. Called them up to ask about buy back - they are not interested!! You are better of renting one - there are companies on Ebay etc who charge approx £500 to rent for 6 months (which sadly is usually long enough for your loved one). If they are still here after 6 months, you can pay about £50 per month for extended rental. ***In short do not BUY a stair lift from this company or any company - rent it, which is far cheaper and no headache when you loved one dies***
