Wheelchair not fit for the purpose! So many problems with it . Customer service is terrible. "Why do the care staff use the brakes they shouldn't be"!!!! No refund offered they have blamed the care home. Foot plate, arm rest (a few times) and now the brakes are broken. I asked for an engineer to look when I and the care manager was there. No, they turned up and blamed the staff without speaking to any of the staff. We haven't had this wheelchair a year yet and it's been out of action more times then it's been used. Please don't go to this company , it is a waste of money and time. It's got 1 star because it hasn't got a thumbs down to give.
