Absolutely appalling service. £3000 wheelchair admittedly mis-sold to user but company refusing return for a refund. Emails of complaint not replied to, phone calls not returned. Avoid at all costs. This company takes advantage of vulnerable elderly people. Unfortunately unable to give 0 star so 1 star is generous.
