Absolutely appalling company , 4.5 hours on the phone this week now my elderly parents have no power and the manager will not authorise western power to by pass the smart useless metre so they are now with no power and it will be dark in 1.5 hours , I’m so furious that I will be going to ombudsman on Monday morning and changing companies
