EDF CUSTOMERS! CHECK YOUR BILLS!
Mine shows the government’s refund of £199 (1x payment of £67 plus 2x payments of £66) which they have credited my bank account each month respectively.
They have then deducted the £199 refund from my monthly direct debit payments credit.
How many more customers have they done this to?
They left my account in debit when I should have been over £170 in credit.
I’m currently waiting for a response however their customer service and response time is appalling.
