I would have appreciated not to be charged for gas as my property is electricity only. They just collect money when and how much they choose without notice.
Spoken to numerous EDF advisors one of them even said they will ring me back ,month passed and I'm still waiting.
I'm very disappointed,difflated and tired of them.
