I told he know and she still continued to force me I had to put the phone down. The next thing I noticed was my electric going down fast. I checked the meater and they have put a weekly charge off £15.12 I couldn’t believe it. The rate weekly should be £3.47. Then I called around to switch and found out the have a morning rate and evening rate I did not ask for this I’m a single person living in my home. I’m very disappointed and disgusted how they treat low paid customers. Do you not get enough.money you have to thief’ from customers they will do anything to get you to have a smart meter. I have now switched be WARNED check your key meters
