The most dreadful service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. They outsource their billing department abroad, and this department do not know how to deal with simple billing queries. Think twice before joining as you'll end up wasting hours and hours trying to resolve issues. I had to go to the ombudsman just to get a copy invoice as they had not uploaded it to the portal. I am now have another issue with another account and it's looking like I am going to have to go to the ombudman for that too. Ridiculous!!
