Absolutely disgusting the way I was spoken to. Not sure if it's his really name but when I have asked a question about them charging my account, I got a really snotty customer service guy called Vinn. We will be leaving the company as something doesn't add up.
They have had to give us money back at the end of the year the last couple of years and now it seems they're just taking money out of my credit to try and verify not giving money back! They're a robbing company do not go with them, customer service is rude.
