I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this company of yours . Your customer service communication is extremely poor. I have been having issues with you for over 8months now . You are most expensive energy company that I know . I have done my research on this . You just increase your tariff and standard charge as you want. No one is regulating your decision I regret I did not get this information early and unfortunately was stock with you for 5years. Thanks that I am free from you now that I have left you .
