EDF took over my business account in 2022 and since fitting a smart meter my bills have gone from£79.00 a month to £550 a month.
Each month bill is different.
I am a small office with three staff.
Never used no more than 350 units to 500 in winter months ..
Not it’s saying I use 100””””””
On installation the so called engineer said meter isn’t working, needs to come back as it’s faulty..
I have explained this till I am blue in the face ..
Due to the language barrier. The staff are not in uk, they are rude and argue.
They hang up on you.
I am just disgusted that this company is allowed to treat people on this way.
What happened to getting an issue resolved?
Of a meter is broken you replace ??
Why are you taking 10000s of us small business
You need to be held accountable and taken to court!
Don’t use this company is your a business owner . It was the biggest mistake I ever made…
