My smart meter isn’t working properly and I have a string of emails trying to get some help from them to no avail. They want everybody to use a direct debit to pay so they can charge whatever they want and just claim it by direct debit. Absolute rogues and daylight robbers I would NOT recommend anybody use this shocking organisation.
