A company who shouldn't be in business.Overcharging,totasl lack of communuication,altogether useless.It is no wonder that they have a 96% failure rate on this platform.
The only communication I have received in volume is their request for me to settle my bill.I have purposely waited until I received a dozen letters and two emails from them before picking up the phone today.Completely one-sided.If their communication with me was as regular as the bills I receive,then this matter would have been reasolved a long time ago.
I have now of course moved from this pathetic non-performing company to OVO who are head and shoulders better than EDF.I have renamed it DEF (as in deaf) as no one there has ever listened to my complaints.
Stay well clear,like the rest of the 96% reviewers on this site.
