A company who shouldn't be in business.Overcharging,totasl lack of communuication,altogether useless.It is no wonder that they have a 96% failure rate on this platform. The only communication I have received in volume is their request for me to settle my bill.I have purposely waited until I received a dozen letters and two emails from them before picking up the phone today.Completely one-sided.If their communication with me was as regular as the bills I receive,then this matter would have been reasolved a long time ago. I have now of course moved from this pathetic non-performing company to OVO who are head and shoulders better than EDF.I have renamed it DEF (as in deaf) as no one there has ever listened to my complaints.
