This company has to be a social psychology experiment in how much customers will tolerate in terms of bad service. The account app doesn't work since they upgraded, and they have lost the account passwords as they prompt you to make a new one. Only the link to new password doesn't work either. Then the debt letters start coming, and you phone to be put on hold forever. I am moving all our energy accounts to Octopus. They are excellent by comparison and life is too short for EDF NONSENSE.
