Totally unprofessional, gave meter reading regularly, wrong a/c no and address. Sent so many emails and talking to staff that were changing all the time. Closed the a/c last year. They have just started emailing me(11 months Later), stating i owe them money even though they sent me a closing statement. Very Stressful will see them in court, please do not use this company, management obviously don't care what stress they put customers through, some of their staff need to be sacked!
