I am living alone with two babies and my bill with EDF usually ranges between £20-£35 a month because I only pay for electricity with them. And bare in my mind that I send reading to them. This month they are charging me with £400? I contacted them and they said it is because the previous readings were underestimates because I haven’t sent reading to them and this £400 is accurate (NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT SENT A READING THIS MONTH AND PREVIOUSLY I HAVE) I am so shocked and I will definitely not be paying that much. It is shocking.
